具體招生專(zhuān)業(yè)和指導(dǎo)教師情況請(qǐng)見(jiàn)《新鄉(xiāng)醫(yī)學(xué)院2025年招收國(guó)際學(xué)生攻讀碩士研究生專(zhuān)業(yè)目錄》。

申請(qǐng)者可以申請(qǐng)一個(gè)學(xué)院內(nèi)的兩個(gè)（及以?xún)?nèi)）相近專(zhuān)業(yè)，專(zhuān)業(yè)學(xué)位

I. Disciplines and Majors

For specific disciplines and information about supervising professors, please refer to the “2025 Xinxiang Medical University Catalog for International Students Enrolling in Master’s Programs.”

Applicants may apply for up to two closely related majors within the same school.

三、學(xué)習(xí)方式和學(xué)習(xí)年限

1.學(xué)習(xí)方式：全日制。

2.學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)間：秋季學(xué)期。

3.學(xué)習(xí)年限：一般為3年。學(xué)習(xí)年限可適當(dāng)延長(zhǎng)，但最多不超過(guò)6年。

II. Learning Mode and Duration

1. Learning Mode: Full-time.

2. Academic Term: Autumn semester.

3. Duration: The standard duration of study is generally 3 years, with the possibility of extension up to a maximum of 6 years.

 四、申請(qǐng)資格

（一）自費(fèi)生申請(qǐng)資格

1.申請(qǐng)人須為非中國(guó)國(guó)籍公民，持有效外國(guó)護(hù)照。如原中國(guó)公民移民外國(guó)后申請(qǐng)以國(guó)際學(xué)生身份進(jìn)入我校進(jìn)行研究生階段學(xué)習(xí)，必須持有有效外國(guó)護(hù)照或國(guó)籍證明文件4年（含）以上，且最近4年(截至入學(xué)年度的4月30日前)內(nèi)有在國(guó)外實(shí)際居住2年以上的記錄（一年中實(shí)際在國(guó)外居住滿(mǎn)9個(gè)月可按一年計(jì)算，以入境和出境簽章為準(zhǔn)）

2.申請(qǐng)人須品行端正，遵守中國(guó)政府的法律、法規(guī)和學(xué)校的規(guī)章制度。

3.申請(qǐng)人須身體健康，符合中國(guó)高等院校體檢標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及相應(yīng)專(zhuān)業(yè)錄取條件要求。

4.申請(qǐng)人原則上須年滿(mǎn)18周歲，不超過(guò)35周歲。

5.申請(qǐng)人須具有高中及以上畢業(yè)證書(shū)和成績(jī)單，學(xué)業(yè)成績(jī)及學(xué)術(shù)水平須達(dá)到所申請(qǐng)專(zhuān)業(yè)的入學(xué)要求，符合相應(yīng)專(zhuān)業(yè)錄取條件。

6.河南省外國(guó)留學(xué)生政府獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金項(xiàng)目生申請(qǐng)資格

7.申請(qǐng)人須滿(mǎn)足以上自費(fèi)生申請(qǐng)資格要求。

8.申請(qǐng)人須達(dá)到漢語(yǔ)水平考試（HSK）4級(jí)以上(含4級(jí))。

9.申請(qǐng)人須在已獲得的各學(xué)習(xí)階段（本科及以上）各科考試成績(jī)均為B及以上或?qū)W業(yè)平均分達(dá)到80分及以上。

10.申請(qǐng)人須填寫(xiě)并上傳《河南省外國(guó)留學(xué)生政府獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金申請(qǐng)表》（格式見(jiàn)“提交材料模板6”）。

III. Eligibility Criteria

(A) Self-funded Applicants

1. Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens holding valid foreign passports. Those who were Chinese citizens and later immigrated abroad, applying to our university as international students for graduate studies, must hold valid foreign passports or nationality certificates for 4 years or more, with a record of residing abroad for at least 2 years within the past 4 years (as of April 30 of the enrollment year), with actual residence abroad for 9 months or more in a year calculated as one year, based on entry and exit stamps.

2. Applicants must have good conduct and abide by Chinese government laws, regulations, and school rules.

3. Applicants must be in good health, meeting the physical examination standards of Chinese higher education institutions and the relevant admission requirements of the respective majors.

4. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, ideally not exceeding 35 years old.

5. Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in clinical medicine equivalent to that certified by the Chinese Service Center for Scholarly Exchange, Ministry of Education, P.R.C. Their academic performance and scholarly level must meet the admission requirements of the applied major.

(B) Henan Provincial Government Scholarship Applicants

1. Applicants must meet the eligibility requirements for self-funded applicants mentioned above.

2. Applicants must have a Chinese Proficiency Test (HSK) Level 4 or higher.

3. Applicants must have achieved a grade of B or above in all subjects in each stage of study (undergraduate and above) or an overall GPA of 80 or above.

4. Applicants must fill in and upload the Application Form for Henan Government Scholarships for Foreign Students (format as per “Material Submission Template 6”).

五、申請(qǐng)辦法

申請(qǐng)人須在規(guī)定時(shí)間內(nèi)通過(guò)新鄉(xiāng)醫(yī)學(xué)院來(lái)華留學(xué)生信息管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行網(wǎng)上申請(qǐng)和錄取。(https://xxmu.at0086.cn/student)

注意事項(xiàng)：申請(qǐng)材料提交后，學(xué)校不予退還，重要材料請(qǐng)?zhí)崆皞浞荨?/p>

IV. Application Procedure

Applicants must apply online through the Xinxiang Medical University’s Information Management System for International Students within the specified timeframe. (https://xxmu.at0086.cn/student)

Note: After submitting application materials, the school will not refund them, so please ensure to back up important documents in advance.

六、申請(qǐng)材料

1.新鄉(xiāng)醫(yī)學(xué)院國(guó)際學(xué)生入學(xué)申請(qǐng)表：表格按要求填寫(xiě)，并粘貼照片（格式見(jiàn)“提交材料模板”1）。

2.自我介紹視頻：一分鐘以?xún)?nèi)。

3.護(hù)照原件掃描件：須為有效的普通護(hù)照。

4.最高學(xué)歷、學(xué)位證明：須為中文或英文證書(shū)原件或公證件掃描件；非中國(guó)院校授予的學(xué)位證書(shū)須經(jīng)中華人民共和國(guó)教育部留學(xué)服務(wù)中心認(rèn)證，提供學(xué)歷學(xué)位認(rèn)證證書(shū)；在讀學(xué)生由就讀學(xué)校提供所學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)、預(yù)計(jì)畢業(yè)時(shí)間的證明（格式見(jiàn)“提交材料模板”2）。

5.最高學(xué)歷成績(jī)單：須為中文或英文原件或公證件掃描件。

6.個(gè)人陳述（含研究計(jì)劃）：碩士800字左右，中文/英文撰寫(xiě)（格式見(jiàn)“提交材料模板”3）。

7.兩位報(bào)考專(zhuān)業(yè)領(lǐng)域教授或副教授（或相當(dāng)專(zhuān)業(yè)技術(shù)職稱(chēng)專(zhuān)家）的推薦信，須為中文或英文原件，專(zhuān)家本人簽字。

8.語(yǔ)言考試成績(jī)單掃描件：漢語(yǔ)水平考試（HSK）、英語(yǔ)水平考試成績(jī)單。

9.無(wú)犯罪記錄證明：須為近四年主要生活所在地的公共安全管理部門(mén)出具的無(wú)犯罪記錄證明。該證明需在申請(qǐng)之日前三個(gè)月內(nèi)開(kāi)具。

10.經(jīng)濟(jì)擔(dān)保證明：提供銀行出具申請(qǐng)人本人或擔(dān)保人的存款證明，金額不低于5萬(wàn)元人民幣或等額外幣；該證明需在申請(qǐng)之日前一個(gè)月內(nèi)開(kāi)具。

11.銀行出具的經(jīng)費(fèi)擔(dān)保證明或擔(dān)保人提供的經(jīng)費(fèi)擔(dān)保證明：要求5萬(wàn)人民幣以上（河南省政府獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金生無(wú)需提供）。

12.國(guó)際學(xué)生在華事務(wù)擔(dān)保人擔(dān)保書(shū)：擔(dān)保人應(yīng)為中華人民共和國(guó)公民，且本人親筆簽字（18歲以下必填，格式見(jiàn)“提交材料模板”5）。

13.新鄉(xiāng)醫(yī)學(xué)院接收國(guó)際學(xué)生意向表（如有，格式見(jiàn)“提交材料模板”4）。

14.個(gè)人研究成果：已發(fā)表的學(xué)術(shù)文章目錄及摘要，其他原創(chuàng)性研究成果等（如有）。

V. Application Materials

1. Xinxiang Medical University International Student Admission Application Form: Fill out the form as required and attach a photo (format as per “Material Submission Template 1”).

2. Self-introduction video: Within one minute.

3. Scan of original passport: Must be a valid ordinary passport.

4. Highest academic degree/diploma certificate: Must be in Chinese or English original or notarized copy; degrees awarded by non-Chinese institutions must be certified by the Chinese Service Center for Scholarly Exchange, Ministry of Education, P.R.C., providing a degree certificate verification certificate; students who hasn’t graduate must provide a proof of major and expected graduation time issued by their school (format as per “Material Submission Template 2”).

5. Transcript of highest academic degree: Must be in Chinese or English original or notarized copy.

6. Personal statement (including research plan): Approximately 800 words for Master’s degree, written in Chinese/English (format as per “Material Submission Template 3”).

7. Two recommendation letters from professors or associate professors (or equivalent professional technical title experts) in the field of study, in Chinese or English original, signed by the experts themselves.

8. Scan of “Foreigner Physical Examination Form”: Applicants must provide a valid medical examination report within 6 months, issued by the public hospital in Chinese/English, signed by the doctor confirmed and stamped scan of the original examination form.

9. Scan of non-criminal record certificate: Certificate must be issued by the public safety administration of the place where the applicant has lived for the last four years and within three months before the date of application.

10. Financial guarantee certificate：Certificate must be issued by a bank or guarantor: Required amount is above 50,000 RMB and within one month before the date of application.

11. Financial guarantee certificate issued by a bank or guarantor: Required amount is above 50,000 RMB (Henan Provincial Government Scholarship recipients are exempt).

12. Guarantee letter for international student affairs in China: The guarantor must be a Chinese citizen and personally sign the letter (mandatory for those under 18, format as per “Material Submission Template 5”).

13. Intention form for Xinxiang Medical University Professors to accept international students (if available, format as per “Material Submission Template 4”).

14. Personal research achievements: Catalog of published academic articles and abstracts, other original research achievements (if any).

七、錄取流程

1.提交入學(xué)申請(qǐng)

申請(qǐng)人須在規(guī)定時(shí)間內(nèi)通過(guò)新鄉(xiāng)醫(yī)學(xué)院來(lái)華留學(xué)生信息管理系統(tǒng)（xxmu.at0086.cn/student）進(jìn)行網(wǎng)上申請(qǐng)。

申請(qǐng)截止日期：2025年6月30日，逾期不予受理。

2.資格審查及面試

學(xué)校組織專(zhuān)家進(jìn)行資格審查、入學(xué)考核，確定擬錄取名單。

3.發(fā)放通知書(shū)

學(xué)校確認(rèn)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)意向后，將《錄取通知書(shū)》和《外國(guó)留學(xué)人員來(lái)華簽證申請(qǐng)表》（JW202表）通過(guò)在線(xiàn)申請(qǐng)系統(tǒng)，發(fā)送至學(xué)生系統(tǒng)填報(bào)郵箱。

4.辦理簽證

申請(qǐng)人在接到我校錄取通知書(shū)和《外國(guó)留學(xué)人員來(lái)華簽證申請(qǐng)表》（JW202表）后，自行到中國(guó)大使館或總領(lǐng)事館辦理簽證手續(xù)。

5.報(bào)到注冊(cè)

申請(qǐng)人在錄取通知書(shū)上規(guī)定的報(bào)到截止日期前，持錄取通知書(shū)及所有申請(qǐng)材料的原件、復(fù)印件到我校報(bào)到。

報(bào)到截止日期：2025年9月1日。因故不能按期報(bào)到者，應(yīng)提前向我校提交證明材料辦理請(qǐng)假手續(xù)，請(qǐng)假時(shí)間最長(zhǎng)不得超過(guò)2周，經(jīng)批準(zhǔn)后方可延期入學(xué)，否則取消入學(xué)資格。

VI. Admission Process

(A) Submission of Admission Application

Applicants must submit an online application through the Xinxiang Medical University’s Information Management System for International Students (xxmu.at0086.cn/student) within the specified timeframe.

Application Deadline: June 30th, 2025, late applications will not be accepted.

(B) Qualification Review and Interview

The school organizes experts to conduct qualification reviews and entrance examinations, and confirms the list of intended admissions.

(C) Issuance of Admission Notice

Upon confirmation of the student’s intention to study, the school will send the “Admission Letter” and “Application Form for Visa for Foreigners Coming to China” (JW202 form) to the student’s designated email through the online application system.

(D) Visa Processing

Applicants, upon receiving the Admission Notice and “Application Form for Visa for Foreigners Coming to China” (JW202 form) from our school, shall proceed to the Chinese Embassy or Consulate General to process their visa.

(E) Registration

Applicants shall report to the school before the deadline specified in the Admission Notice, bringing the original and copies of all application materials.

Registration Deadline: September 1st, 2025. Applicants unable to register on time shall submit proof of their situation to apply for leave in advance, with a maximum leave period of 2 weeks upon approval. Failure to comply will result in the cancellation of admission qualification.
